You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items not worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged by misuse

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack items securely and ship using provided label
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
