Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our return policy.

2. How to Cancel

  • Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Find the order you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Order" if the option is available
  • Alternatively, contact our customer service immediately

3. Cancellation by Swiftcomex

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing errors on our website
  • Payment authorization fails
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
  • Force majeure events

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled (by you or by us), you will receive a full refund including any shipping charges paid. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Partial Cancellations

If only some items in your order are cancelled, you will be refunded for those specific items. The remaining items will be shipped as normal.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships. You will receive a full refund for cancelled pre-orders.
